He or she will improve manufacturing processes for safety, quality, and productivity by working with teams to solve equipment problems, make modifications, and better organize work. The Process Engineer will be responsible for working to implement new equipment installations and to implement new products into the manufacturing process. This is a job that demands a hands-on attitude in a small company environment. EDUCATION EXPERIENCE: A Bachelors degree in engineering is required; preferably mechanical. Two to five years of actual manufacturing industry experience is expected. A practical, hands-on knowledge of various industrial technologies is desired; such as PLC s, machining, hydaulics/pneumatics, electronics, sensors, motors, conveyors, furnaces, etc. CAD skills any program are also strongly desired. | ||||
